Applicants are encouraged to call before applying to discuss whether the project is a fit. Applications are accepted throughout the year and reviewed quarterly. FY 2026–27 deadlines are 07/27/2026, 10/05/2026, 01/18/2027, and 04/19/2027. Decisions are generally made approximately six weeks after each deadline; the October 5 round is scheduled for decisions in November, the January 18 round in February, and the April 19 round in May.
