Provides funding to nonprofit behavioral health organizations serving eastern Kentucky to participate as regional partners in a statewide telebehavioral health hub. Supported activities may include psychiatric consultation, crisis-adjacent behavioral health services, care coordination, technology integration and connections to primary and crisis care.

Applicants must be Medicaid-enrolled, eastern Kentucky-serving 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with a demonstrated focus on behavioral health services. Applicants must have or establish the required state registrations and vendor codes. Federally Qualified Health Centers and Rural Health Clinics may participate in the model as primary-care partners but are not identified as the primary applicants under this RFA.
