Is it free to join?

Yes! There are no sign-up costs or referral fees.

Who can join?

Grant professionals with any level of experience are welcome. While we prioritize Kentucky-based pros, remote experts serving Kentucky organizations are also encouraged to join.

How will I be matched with opportunities?

Organizations seeking grant professionals contact Grant Ready Kentucky (GRKY) staff, who use the registry to identify experts based on skills and experience. GRKY staff email grant pros to describe the opportunity. Matches will be made on a first-come, first-served basis—if you're interested and available, respond quickly to let GRKY staff know. GRKY will then connect you with the organization to outline the scope and begin work.

What if I only want certain types of projects?

You control your availability and project preferences. Only take on opportunities that align with your expertise.

How is my contact information and data handled?

We respect your privacy and follow the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) Code of Ethics. You can control what information is shared.
