The trust uses quarterly application cycles. The current Q4 2026 cycle accepts applications from 07/01/2026 through 09/30/2026, with prequalification requests due four business days before the cycle closes. Decisions are generally communicated after the tenth day of March, June, September, or December. First-time applicants are currently not being accepted, so this cycle is available only to existing partners or previously eligible organizations.

Eligibility Notes
Applicants must be established U.S.-based tax-exempt organizations operating for at least three years and aligned with the trust’s values. Preference is given to western and eastern Kentucky, northeast Florida, southwest Wisconsin, and southeast Louisiana. Visual and performing arts, environmental causes, sponsorships, booster clubs, church or school capital campaigns, and requests covering 100% of a salaried position are currently ineligible.
