Concept notes will be accepted and reviewed through 08/12/2026. Selected applicants will be invited to submit a full application in September 2026. Final application review and selection will take place through November 2026. Award announcements are expected in early December. Performance period is one or two years.

Non-501 (c)(3) nonprofits may apply with a 501(c)(3) partner. Every proposal must include an active employer, union, association, or industry partner. Applications without a partnership will not advance past concept note review.
