Eligibility Notes
Other entities, including state and local workforce development boards, industry and employer associations, and labor-management organizations. In addition, faith-based organizations are encouraged to apply. Applicants must identify the following required partners, at a minimum, in the proposed service area: Employers: at least three employers or industry/trade associations for each proposed industry sector Workforce development entities: at least one entity involved in administering the public workforce system Education/training provider(s): at least one public or private education and training provider, including institutions of higher education State apprenticeship agencies (SAAs): for applicants proposing registered apprenticeships in states with federally recognized SAAs; the SAA must be included as a required partner
