Eligible applicants are active U.S. law enforcement agencies and search-and-rescue groups. K9s must be actively working, not scheduled for retirement, certified with their handlers, and not already have current/unexpired Narcan/Naloxone. Search-and-rescue teams must have an active website or Facebook page. Military teams are not currently eligible
