Meet the Speaker

Tonia Brown-Kinzel specializes in federal grants management and full-cycle grants training and capacity building. She serves on the Grant Professionals Association Professional Education Committee, is Board President of the GPA Ohio-Miami Valley Chapter, and is a member of the NGMA Ohio Chapter.

She is one of 74 GPA Approved Trainers and one of only nine people in the world who hold both the accredited Grant Professional Certified and Certified Grants Management Specialist credentials.
