Funding through the Implementation Pathway will help communities and regions devise and implement long-term economic recovery strategies through a variety of construction and non-construction projects to address economic challenges in areas where a Presidential declaration of a major disaster was issued in 2023 and 2024.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, until the publication of a new solicitation, cancellation of this solicitation, or the distribution of all available funds. Applicants should submit applications as early as possible.

Eligibility Notes
Eligible applicants include state and local governments, Native American Tribes, academic institutions, nonprofits, and consortia in or serving US states or territories. Projects must be located in, primarily serve, or demonstrably benefit one or more communities in areas that received a major disaster designation as a result of hurricanes, wildfires, severe storms and flooding, tornadoes, and other natural disasters occurring in calendar years 2023 and 2024.
