Eligibility

Applications for the Federal Grants Management Training Series are due by March 17. Apply online here. Because this training focuses on managing federal grants, we are prioritizing applicants who are actively managing a federal grant or who have a federal grant pending. Space is limited to two people from each of 50 organizations (total of 100 participants), and applications will be reviewed to confirm eligibility and fit.

The Federal Grants Management Training Series equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently manage federal awards from post-award implementation through closeout and beyond. Designed and delivered by Tonia Kinzel-Brown of The Grant Crafter, the series includes nine live virtual trainings that provide practical guidance on navigating Uniform Guidance requirements and strengthening organizational grants management practices. Through clear instruction and applied exercises, the series helps organizations build compliant, efficient processes that reduce risk and ensure responsible stewardship of federal funds.

Each of the nine sessions will be a two-hour virtual training. Participants will receive presentation materials, a PDF copy of the slide deck, and any applicable handouts or exercises.
