Kathleen J. Fleck has over ten years of nonprofit strategy, development, marketing, and communications experience. Additionally, she has an extensive digital and brand marketing background in the corporate sector. Driven by a passion to serve her clients’ mission, Kathleen strives to actively listen and thoughtfully communicate. A Louisville, Kentucky native, Kathleen has worked with many nonprofits including Norton Children's Hospital Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Kentuckiana, GivingNet (formerly Community Foundations of America), Kentucky Education Television (KET), The Humana Foundation, and USA Cares.

Specialties:

Kathleen is available to assist nonprofits of all types, but she has a particular interest and knowledge of programming involving: Housing and homelessness/unhoused, substance abuse, BIPOC organizations, and youth.  She is particularly good at storytelling, crafting compelling narratives, and helping nonprofits locate funding opportunities and grantors at all levels.
